At Woven Wellness Group, we are a team of relational and sex therapists who believe that healing begins with safety, compassion, and connection.

We help individuals and couples explore their stories— specifically the places where identity, intimacy, and experience intersect, so they can rediscover confidence and closeness.

Our work is trauma-informed, inclusive, and evidence-based. We value collaboration with medical and mental health providers to ensure care that honors the whole person in mind, body, and relationship.

Services

  • Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore your lived experiences, personal challenges, and the ways you relate to yourself and others. In these one-on-one 50-minute sessions, you and your therapist work together to understand patterns, build insight, and develop tools that support your emotional well-being and growth.

  • Relationship therapy provides a supportive space for partner(s) to explore relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and shared lived experiences. Our therapists specialize in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), using an attachment-based lens to help partners strengthen connection and navigate conflict. Sessions are 50-minutes and focus on building communication skills, identifying patterns, and creating a space for healing wounds in the relationship.

  • Sex therapy offers a safe, affirming space to explore concerns related to sexuality—whether individually or within a relationship. This may include navigating sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancies, intimacy challenges, or questions about your sexual experiences. Our therapists use an attachment-based lens to help you understand patterns, reduce shame, and foster healthier sexual and relational connection. Sessions are 50 minutes and focus on psychoeducation, increasing communication, and creating space for healing and growth.

  • Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, feel less alone, and practice new tools in real time. You’ll get both professional guidance and the relief of being understood by people who get it.

  • Clinical Supervision for LPCs and LPCAs in Ohio and Kentucky offers a supportive, reflective space to deepen clinical skills, strengthen therapeutic presence, and navigate complex cases. Supervision draws from Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Attachment Theory, and a feminist lens, supporting clinicians in developing attuned, grounded, and ethically aligned practice. Individual supervision is offered at $120 per session, and group supervision is available at $100 for a 2-hour group.
